It is also known as chromotherapy and it is based on the idea that colour and coloured lights can help treat physical or mental health by causing subtle changes in our moods and biology.

Marie Su Loher used to be a fashion designer in London and is now an artist and gallery owner in Siesta at the La Luna space and is with us today for the episode to talk us through her recent Exhibition.
