Good things come to those who wait.. but this definitely doesn't apply to men cuz if you wait too long, there just wouldn't be anyone left :) 
It is seen as the norm for men to do the chasing and asking out. But is this dating culture outdated? Do guys like it when girls ask them out, or does it make them uncomfortable? What are the pros and cons of girls MAKING THE FIRST MOVE?
