Change isn’t easy. Adaptation isn’t easy. But both are something we all must do at some point in our lives. Whether they feel significant or not, these life moments are crucial in understanding who we are, who we’re becoming, and where we want to go. And, because change and adaptation are often difficult, perseverance comes into play. Pushing through fear, stagnation, and uncertainty is of utmost importance because it builds confidence and strength, and it paints a clearer picture of how to get what you want out of life.
In today's episode, I’m honoured to be joined by the incredible Dr. Vaniethia Hubbard. Dr. Hubbard is the Vice President of Students Services at Santa Ana College and she’s joined me to talk about her own journey through education. We discuss what it was like for Dr. Hubbard to leave for university for the first time, what she struggled with along her educational journey, and how she was ultimately able to figure out her calling in life.
Tune in and listen to the eighteenth episode to hear Dr. Hubbard’s story and learn about her own story of courage, strength, and perseverance.
