On this week's episode we're joined by Andrew Heppner, CEO of Populace Coffee in Bay City, Michigan, who's got some exciting new projects to discuss (as well as a few great coffees). We're discussing their upcoming project called Habitual, a coffee brewing guide that sets out to explore the behavior behind brewing coffee, the devices used, and the environments in which the brewing takes place. Andrew also fills us in on some preliminary details of Populace's exciting coffee tasting competition called Flight of Fancy.
