Determined to survive, Adrian had successful open-heart surgery and then, refusing a wheelchair, he walked out of the hospital on his 47th birthday with a new outlook on life. Today’s episode is the harrowing story of that life-changing day, how he survived, and a lead-in to part 2 when we’ll uncover his next life-changing event.
