Hensley Ellefritz is the Founder + Owner of REBOOT Fitness Consulting, an agency born out of need for sales-focused, KPI-driven business practices in boutique fitness.

After scaling the sales ranks at Equinox, she went on to build, expand and optimize sales organizations for some of the biggest names in fitness including Pure Barre and Club Pilates

Hensley formed Reboot in November 2020 with a mission to bring high-touch guidance and sales strategy to independent wellness owners and emerging franchisors.

In the past two years, Reboot has worked with over 100 brands fitness, recovery and chiropractic brands with 90% of independent business owners recouping their investment within their 12-week Reboot program.
