If 'dive in the deep end of truth about pain and darkness' was an episode, this be it. I'm not really holding back on what its been like to navigate some of the not-so-pretty sides of spirituality because thats not really going to help anyone. So I speak a bit openly about my journey in the last years and why having the right road map into your pain portals can make rapid transformation that much more empowering.
