I AM RELAXED AND AT PEACE: A Guided Meditation Podcast with Affirmations from the Bible by BWFwoman

S2, Ep. 5:  There’s a lot of beauty in a relaxed and peaceful spirit.  As children of God, this is our right and our privilege! Although this can be challenging to do, try to release the need to know and understand everything and stop trying to work your way into your blessing.  You'll be filled with so much peace in your life, relaxing and knowing that God is in control.  He knows the way, and if you’ll stop and listen, He’ll guide your steps.

When God leads you, you may FEEL fear, but you don’t have to RESIDE in fear. Even though you initially feel fear, the word of God says that you can turn your concerns over to Him. He will give you peace that surpasses all understanding. (Phil. 4:7) You CAN rest your heart in quiet confidence today.
.
God knows what He’s doing.  He WILL give you instructions at the right time, and asks for your obedience and trust in the meantime. This takes a lot of faith and practice, understanding that you may not get it right.  But if you commit to giving God your best, then He will come along side you and assist you.

If you are tempted to worry, say this scripture affirmation out loud: “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” Isaiah 26:3
.
Beautiful, know that you can relax in God. He truly has your back, and wants to bless you with the very best. Expect that these things will happen unexpectedly.

Just because you don’t see what God is doing doesn’t mean that He’s not moving. Rest your heart in quiet confidence that God’s got you.
