We often look at Generosity with a selfish outlook: how will giving this (time, treasure, talent) affect me? We must shift that outlook to: how will giving this benefit God's Kingdom? How will this make someone else's day? When we do this, our attitude changes and God always provides more than what we need so we can keep on giving.
