Do you shrug off negative feedback or take it personally? There can be a tendency to do both, but it’s most helpful when we can learn to process negative feedback in a more neutral way.

• The reasons you should be asking for reviews and testimonials and what this will do for your business or career    
• Why criticism is always a good learning opportunity, even if you believe the feedback is unfair
