HushLoudly tackles the subject of introversion when intersected with marginalized identities (race, gender, LGBTQ+ status) and the impact it could have based on an expectation rooted in stereotypes and unconscious bias. Dean Marchildon, an introverted gay male shares the misperceptions that sometimes occur when others are expecting more animated behaviors from him.
