One of our amazing athletes, Vardell Curtis, has competed in softball at the Huntsman World Senior Games for 16 years (this year will be his 17th). He is a lifelong player and respecter of the game, and he enjoys passing on this love of the game to his family. If you don’t see Vardell out on the softball field, you may see him out on his Harley or on his ATV.

Kyle and Lil also share a few easy "swaps" to help us all eat a healthier diet.
