This week on the podcast the gals decode an ancient bit of programming in our DNA: Suicide. It's a resistance pattern that seems catastrophic but in reality is just a glitch that is signalling to you that some change, probably good change, is on the horizon. Suicide ideation is not at all what it seems like, but our culture has a real gag order on ever speaking about it, or sharing the details.
