Sometimes we feel a lot of internal pressure to KNOW. For instance, listening to this podcast there might be pressure to know what Avatar you are, or know what is authentic and what is your habitual baggage. However, in truth it takes time and a very adventurous journey to slowly unpack our "stuff" and discover the authentic voice we each have. And there is no problem at all with taking that time. Hint: The pressure we feel internally is part of the stuff to unpack, so its A-OK to feel it, it helps you to see it!
