I talk to author, stand up comic and broadcaster Russ Kane about Mens (& Womens ) Radio Station which helps people with mental heatlth problems and tries to remove the stigma that surrounds it by offering a non judgemental platform to share experiences to help others.

Sony Award winner Russ was the voice of Capital Radio's 'Flying Eye' over London for 20 years, working with Chris Tarrant on the world's most listened to commercial radio show with a daily audience of over 4 million.
Today he can be heard on Talk Radio and Radio London.
