Episode 90: Adam Viskovich

Welcome to the Human Performance Outliers Podcast with hosts Dr. Shawn Baker and Zach Bitter. For this episode, Adam Viskovich joins the show. Adam was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (UC) in 2005 at the age of 29. The diagnosis came after a steady decline in digestive health through his late 20’s. His symptoms were 5-10 uncontrollable bowel movements per day. Adam tried everything from a vegan to even fruitarian diet, but ultimately was able to put his UC into remission in 2017 with a carnivore diet.
