Jenn is a professional Actor, published writer and Personal Development Mindset Coach. She lives what she teaches and as a coach, she helps people understand what is blocking them from achieving their goals and living life on their terms. 

"Once they understand that," Jenn says, "I show them how to create and then move toward what it is they want for their lives and within themselves. Most people struggle with self-worth and I help them out of that struggle and into their own power." 

In her spare time (who has spare time?) she studies the practice of mindset, is writing her first play and spends as much time as possible in nature where "all things are in harmony with each other". She drinks Kombucha from a wine glass :) With ice. :)
