Understanding your human design to amplify your strengths as an introvert with Cat Skreiner

Running a business is probably the greatest personal development journey there is.
You learn a whole lot about yourself as you navigate business life:

And it can also open up new ways of thinking, doing business and learning about yourself.
 
One of my first new discoveries as a business owner was human design.
 
I’d never heard of it prior to starting my business, and I should also mention I wasn’t a massively spiritual person.
 
But when I learnt more about human design and my human design type (for reference I’m a 4/6 emotional Manifestor) it was a big permission slip to own my strengths and build a business that works for me!
 
So, on today’s episode of the How I Do Content Podcast, I’m diving into all things human design with my magical friend Cat Skreiner.
