Bear and Jason sit down and talk with houndsman Dr. Johann Plenk from Austria. Talk about an interesting guy. He is a career soldier, M.D. and at the forefront of preserving a rare breed of big game hound, the Styrian Mountain Hound, in his native Austria. Johann has what he describes as an "interest for genetics". We knew Johann was going to be an interesting guest, but had no idea how far down the rabbit hole we could go in the space of a few hours.
