REVEL founder, sommelier & global wine festival entrepreneur, Dan Sims, is the man!

Starting out in the wine industry as a sommelier, Dan Sims created a series large scale rock festival-style wine festivals in 3 different countries (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore) and 9 different cities and with the rebrand of the business this week, REVEL are now set to take on Hong Kong, Japan and the USA. 

This weekend the jewel event in the REVEL crown, Pinot Palozza, kicks off in Melbourne and Sydney with over 8,000 party people expected to rock-up at the Royal Exhibition Buildings (Melbourne - Saturday 7th of October) and Carriageworks (Sydney - Sunday 8th of October).
