Topic: Newton's 3rd law of motion states; for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. As two objects interact the forces are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction. How we understand the interaction of forces can be from an internal perspective or external perspective. We deal with internal forces, contact external forces such as friction and distance external forces such as gravity all the time. The reality of forces related to motion are always at work and an unavoidable part of our physical existence. How we learn to manage or find equilibrium with forces is the essence of balance.
