About Lea Bierman - From her early days working in a local riding school, Lea has set goals. When she first learnt about Dressage, she set the goal to be a Grand Prix Rider, Grand Prix Trainer/ Coach and Grand Prix Judge. She has achieved this goal taking 7 horses to FEI and 4 to Grand Prix. Now she is focused on training and developing riders and trainers to their full potential.
