True Sabbath isn’t just about physical rest but about delighting in God’s presence and offering ourselves in worship. It’s not about whether we enjoyed it but whether God delighted in our surrender.

Sabbath looks different for everyone—whether it’s preparing ahead, gathering with church, or serving others—but the pattern of intentional rest and worship remains vital.

When we embrace this rhythm, we return to life renewed, experiencing Jesus’ promise: “Come to me all who are weary, and I will give you rest.”
