How to take God seriously

“You shall not misuse the name of the Lord” calls us to more than avoiding profanity... it’s about reverence, integrity, and representation. God’s name isn’t for manipulation, empty promises, or casual use. As Christians, our words and actions reflect Him, sometimes we’re the only “Jesus” people will see. Honoring His name means living in a way that points others to Him.
