David: Not Your Storybook Hero

David, he was a complicated character. During this series we will share five intriguing stories from the beginning of David's life until the end. David proves you don't have to have it all together to be used by God! We've now reached the part in the story of David when we are reminded that power corrupts. King David, like many in power, believed that it was within his rights to do whatever he wanted to whomever he please. Recently many men have fallen from positions of power when their violations towards women have been found out. David was held accountable in a similar way by the Prophet Nathan.
