When you look at wellness through the lens of Human Design, you can see that most physical imbalances can be traced back the stress that is created from going against our design... it’s when we get stuck living out of alignment with our energy, our needs and our wants. (In HD speak, this is your Not-Self theme!)
This resistance creates stress in the body, it creates thoughts and emotions that create chemical reactions in the body that manifest themselves as physical imbalances.
Human Design is the blueprint that can bring us back into alignment, bring our bodies back into balance so every single part of us can thrive and create a massive impact on the planet. It is all creating balance in the body, mind and spirit!
In this episode, I am going through each Human Design type and the common chronic symptoms that show up for each type and how we can bring balance back to the body.
