Danielle Pashko is a Functional Nutritionist and Chronic Illness Coach with two decades of experience. Her specialties are immune health, weight loss, digestive health, children's nutrition, women's health, Lyme Disease, and Long COVID.

When Danielle became ill herself with Chronic Lyme Disease and Long Covid, her knowledge of nutrition and functional health wasn't what ultimately healed her. She immersed herself in internal Martial Arts (Tai Chi and Qigong), which ultimately were the most effective healers. She went from being chronically fatigued to currently practicing Wing Chun Kung Fu (Bruce Lee's practice) through building up her internal strength with these ancient disciplines. She now wants to share them with the world.

Her expertise in the wellness field has led to articles and videos on health and beauty for several publications including The NY Post, PIX11 NY News, Fox and Friends, NY1 News, ABC News, CBS News, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chase Bank, USA Today, Reader's Digest, I24 News, YPO and more.
