In this episode of Hope Unlocked, Kristin Kurtz welcomes her friend Teresa Krafft. Teresa shares her transformative journey through woundedness and trauma to finding healing and a deep relationship with God. Recalling her early years and challenges in discovering her identity, Teresa opens up about her struggles with self-worth, hidden trauma, and the healing that began in her 30s when she reconnected with God.

Teresa reflects on the dark relationships of her 20s, her personal encounter with God and the healing process, which she describes as a journey of peeling back “stinky layers” of hidden pain. She also explores her wilderness experience—a season of spiritual and financial challenges that led her family to let go of worldly attachments and lean fully on faith. Through this process, Teresa began hearing the Holy Spirit in profound ways, prompting her to trust and grow in her faith.

As Kristin and Teresa discuss the importance of community and connection, Teresa highlights the necessity of godly support for women who feel isolated. She shares her passion project, Reliht, a rebranding of her previous tool God Jotter, designed to help individuals hear from the Holy Spirit and grow in their relationship with God.
