Sickness is a manifestation of fear. If you think you feel sick, you need relief from fear. 

Physical medicine is okay, but it doesn't really do anything. Your mind uses physical medicine to make illusions of recovering from sickness.

However, since sickness comes from the mind, physical manifestations of sickness will recur until the mental cause is healed.
