Discovering the Value of God's Word – 2 Kings 22

We consider the righteous reign of King Josiah (2 Kings 22-23). Central to his reign and reforms is the discovery of the Book of the Law in the temple. What was buried in the idolatry and rebellion of Manasseh was found and followed. It did not change the circumstances of the coming exile, but Josiah deeply embraces it anyway.
