This week, I'm joined by designer, stylist, and marketing strategist Jacque from House of Jacque to talk all things from spiritual journeys and ascensions, to communication in relationships, social media facades, and so much more.   

Jacque speaks about learning to trust her intuition while on her spiritual journey, and watching people's actions instead of their words. I speak about the importance of me being authentic, and how things align for me when I move from a place of authenticity.

We discuss social media facades, people not knowing themselves, and their perception being their reality. We also speak about being thinking they know what you need and how you may need to be loved, but in all actuality, being wrong about these things and loving you how they want to. I'm sure we can all relate to this in one way or another.

This was such a therapeutic conversation and has opened my eyes to so much that I've been pulling away from. Hope it does the same for you all!
