In this episode we take a dive back into the importance of a properly  functioning pelvic floor.
Many things can impact it, stress, child birth, scar tissue from child birth, gut, and of course trauma, sexual or otherwise. Joining me this week are  2 very special women. Aviva Danziger is a Massage therapist and pain and trauma specialist. She has developed a method using acupuncture directly on the pelvic floor. Jana Danielson is a wellness entrepreneur , author, founder of Lead Pilates, Lead Integrated Health Therapies, and the Metta district-she is also the inventor of the Cooch ball. The worlds first patented pelvic floor fitness tool for women. Back for another round on what torah and Judaism have to teach us about women and sexuality is Rebbetzin Dini Coopersmith.
