Then we dive into tests that have been done on unsuspecting populations around the world. In America they did at least a twenty year program of testing germs and chemicals on the population. Using the excuse to understand and see the results of an biological or chemical warfare attack. It also seemed like Europe at the same time was running the same type of tests on their population. Russia had a top secret Island that they would test all types of the horrible viruses and chemicals. So much so that it has turned that island into a barren wasteland.
