This negative stories we create and repeat about others serves as the proof we need for our boundaries, but does it truly serve us? Does the story create peace or pain? Does the story provide safety or does it mobilize us in a threat response?
Luis shares a practice that helps to illustrate why we don't have to invite pain into our bodies to validate our boundaries.
