I am joined by Charlotte Henshaw, a multi-medal winner of Paralympic medals.
Charlotte began her career pitting her skills against the best athletes in the pool, winning Bronze and Silver medals, but when she made the decision to transition to paracanoe, well the story tells itself.

Charlotte is now a 5x World Champion and 2020 Paralympic Gold Medallist.
