The road to Become.

In this week's episode, I am joined by Aimee Gaudin and Zahrah Kazim the founders of Become. Become is a social enterprise dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace.  Become. equip young women of colour with the skills and support they need to start their career, through mentorship, events and industry networking.

​Their goal is to increase the number of women of colour in senior positions and help to close the gender/race pay gap.
