We can’t do ministry alone! So how can you begin building a culture of leaders who are champions for student and girls ministry? We’ll talk about the purpose of leaders, and discuss a strategy using three touchpoints: coach, care, and recruit. It doesn’t matter if you need one or one hundred leaders, we hope you’ll be encouraged on your next step in building leaders.
