Every human will encounter the sudden heartache of grief brought on by loss or suffering. Ministry leaders are not immune to grief, but rather, we often have a front row seat to those who are walking through tragedy and deep loss. How do we grieve well? Not just for ourselves but those that we are ministering to. How do we continue to lead well even when the waves of grief keep coming?
