Triple Crowner Sam "Ramen King" Conley drops in to talk to Doc about his upcoming Coast to Coast hike, which he is undertaking for a very special cause.  During the episode, Ramen talks about how he went from wanting leave the AT on day 1 to his subsequent successful thru hikes of each America's epic long trails.  Along the way, Ramen and Doc explore the finer points of adding a bit of the unknown to your adventure, the dangers of following your hallucination off the trail, and a bit of mouse slapping.
