episode 13: friendships & chronic illness support

In todays episode we discuss the importance of having a good support system when living with a chronic illness or chronic health symptoms. We talk about how our friends and family handled out transition into the medical medium lifestyle. It can be difficult for outsiders to understand your struggle and even though you don't owe anyone an explanation, asking for help can be a huge tool to healing.
