The Texas Lotto Commission messed up, allowing, "Winners Corner" in North Austin to produce two consecutive winning Texas Lotto Tickets.
Knowing that winning the lottery is impossible, the Governer of Texas has disbanded the Texas Lotto Commission and now the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) oversees the game.
