The Indomitable Mrs. Bonger

Though Van Gogh is one of the most famous male artists of all time, he never would have become a household name without the efforts of one very special woman: Johanna Bonger van Gogh, his sister-in-law. Inheriting Vincent's artworks and letters to her husband after both passed away, she decided she had inherited her husband's mission to make his brother famous as well. Jo ensured Vincent's legacy, and now we will do our part to ensure hers.
