We have reached Chapter 3 of ATPPO already! In this new episode, we're focused on arts of the outdoors: artworks that are made up of natural materials, ones solely focused on land and/or sky, what these outdoor works mean, why they were a thing... you know the drill by now, I hope.
Some of our featured artists literally move land and manipulate sky to achieve the goals of their artworks, driven by fascinations with natural phenomena or earthly materials themselves. Others are fascinated by how land can be used to represent societal scars. All, however, explore how we, as humans, interact with the land in the name of art.
