The USPSTF is an organization that publishes a series of evidence-based guidelines about various recommendations as they relate to preventive medicine. These guidelines come up again and again on the family medicine shelf exam, so I felt it appropriate to begin this series by talking about them. In this episode we’ll cover what I believe to be the most high yield Class A and B recommendations, as well as some Class D recommendations, which is a category reserved for things they actively recommend against which is also very high yield for the exam.
