Welcome to the High Performance Pilot, a podcast that examines the Core Competencies required to become a safe and effective member of any flight crew. Each week we will discuss the various behaviours that make up each competency and provide tips and advice on how to incorporate it into your operational day.

Each episode one behaviour from one of the Competencies…we’ll discuss what it is, why we need to demonstrate it, and how to achieve it.

There will be an example to put it into context, and a list of some of the possible Threats that can be avoided when we achieve proficiency in it.
