E21: Itze and Brandon on Adlerian Play Therapy and At Home workouts

I hope you all are doing well and are safe.  On today's episode, we have two special guests!  My niece Itze Jean, lead teacher at a local preschool, will be explaining basic tenets of Adlerian Play Therapy.  Her husband Brandon, a kinesiologist, will be covering how to work out safely at home.
