This week I had the pleasure of hanging out with Jesse Sloan of the super sonic band CURTAIL. The big-beat sound created by CURTAIL has led me to a word that may not exist but definitely needs to, NEWSTALGIC!!! CURTAIL finds the perfect balance between having a nostalgic sound and making it new to those who find it. When it comes to finding new ways to write and record, Jesse and the guys have found away to make it professional and get it done. Throughout the show we find out just how small the world is and how we can all connect through music. Great backstage drinking story you have to hear to understand the crash of 2020. I also may have let Jesse run the show on his own for a while. Join Jesse and I as we “Sway” on the “Porches” while we find it “Hard To Breathe” through the “Revelry.”
