On this week's episode I welcome Connor James of the Canadian Alt Rock band JUNE BODY. When it comes to interviews, some may be a “chess match” and others are filled with “heartfeltedness” (not a word), you get to choose which kind of interview this was. Connor and I had a great time discussing his life in music and what keeps him going. Connor’s description of a misstep on an album during a recording and release, are a noteworthy moment worth celebrating. It is with this attitude that Connor shies away from being a perfectionist and simply being human. Remember, we are “Never Here Long” so be the “Brightness” in someones day, for one day we may all be “Ashes.”
