This week we travel across the world to Auckland New Zealand to catch up with Michael Murphy (no relation….. I think) of the progressive cinematic rock band WRITTEN BY WOLVES. Their new album “The Collab Project // Secrets” was a creation started by some touching fan emails and developed for helping those with mental illness heal through music. The power of music has the ability to conquer fears and heal from a single note. Michael tells heart warming stories about the role music has played throughout his life and how he uses it to help those who need a voice. Michael made up his mind that he was going to pursue a life surrounded by music while standing on a garbage can staring at a stage (great story on the show). “Tell Me What You’re Running From” and we will deal with the “Demons” and “Secrets” together for “As Long As It Takes.”
