Dreams Part 3: Lucid Dreaming

In this week's episode we dive back into the world of dreams and talk a bit about Lucid Dreaming. In this episode we break down what lucid dreaming exactly is, the difference between lucid dreaming, astral projection and sleep paralysis, as well as look into our personal encounters as well as encounters that have occurred for other people. We look at the correlation between the cloaked man, why mentioning "this is a dream" to other people in the dream turns everything weird, and the ability of creating your dream during lucid dreaming.
